FEAR

So it’s okay to be afraid. Fear is healthy; it teaches you to be cautious. Just make sure you control your fear instead of letting your fear control you. When you freeze up, it's not just from fear. It's most likely because you are encountering an unfamiliar situation. Your mind needs to slow down to search for the correct response. [example with stopping at a red light, do you need to stop and think… oh the light is red… what should I do]  Once again this is why mental and physical practice is so important. It's not fear that's the enemy, it's hesitation. Fear causes hesitation, hesitation causes your fear to come true. It’s a vicious circle.
So how do you break this circle?? Train well!!!

Be smart, stay safe!
